Program Structure

    Attend all classroom hours focused on Prehab Trainer principles and specialized sessions for each Pilates apparatus. This foundational coursework will deepen your understanding of movement science and apparatus-based training.

  2. BodyTree Academy Teaching Labs
    Develop and refine your teaching skills through guided classroom practice. Receive personalized feedback to help you find your unique teaching voice, emphasizing the art of cueing. We believe in flexible, adaptive cueing—tailored to achieve the best results for each client.

  3. Self-Practice & Mentorship
    Engage in structured self-practice and receive ongoing mentorship from senior BodyTree instructors. These sessions are designed to enhance your technique, understanding, and confidence as a Pilates teacher.

  4. Certification Process
    Complete a final assessment to validate your skills and knowledge. Successful completion awards you the BodyTree Academy Certification, recognized as a mark of professional excellence in the Pilates community.

1. Who is eligible for the Pilates Bridging Program?
The program is open to certified Pilates instructors who want to deepen their expertise or convert their certification to a BodyTree Academy qualification. Applicants should hold a recognized Pilates certification before enrolling.

2. How long does the program take to complete?
The program is modular and designed to be flexible. But do note that upon commencement of the program, there is a 12 month completion requirement. Reach out to us for guidance on structuring your schedule.

3. What apparatus will be covered in the program?
The program includes training on key Pilates apparatus: Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Spine Corrector, Magic Circle and Barrel. Each module includes specific techniques, principles, and teaching practices relevant to each apparatus.

4. Is there a focus on anatomy and biomechanics?
Yes, understanding body mechanics and functional anatomy is a core aspect of our curriculum. We emphasize practical anatomy to ensure you can apply these principles effectively in client sessions.

5. What are Teaching Labs?
Teaching Labs are practical sessions where you can hone your teaching skills in a supervised environment. You’ll receive feedback on your cueing, pacing, and instructional style, helping you develop a unique and adaptable teaching approach.

6. How does mentoring work in this program?
Mentoring is a critical part of the Bridging Program. You will have access to experienced BodyTree instructors for guidance, support, and feedback on your technique and instructional methods during the program.

7. What is required to achieve certification?
To receive the BodyTree Academy Certification, you must complete all modules, Teaching Labs, and self-practice hours, followed by a final assessment to validate your skills.

8. Are payment plans available for the program?
