What is a mentor?
A mentor is someone who acts as an advisor. All our teacher trainees are assigned a mentor when they begin their training with us. The faculty make up this team of mentors; each of them bringing more than a decade of teaching experience to the table, and they are happy to share useful insights as you begin your career as a Pilates Teacher. The mentorship goes beyond just the realms of the classroom or training hours, our mentors are generous sharers - all you need to do is ask.
Besides mentorship, BodyTree Academy has a network of Pilates and Fitness Studios on a keen look out for our new graduates to expand their team.
Employment is a big keyword that comes up in my conversations with prospective Teacher Trainees. “Will I be able to secure a job?”.
While there are many facets to why and who a studio hires, our network ensures that you get first dibs, and direct links to the studio owners looking to audition and employ.

Lastly, I am ever passionate about speaking to individuals looking to create their own path in the fitness industry.
