Reformer Teacher Training Program (KL)

Step 2: Make payment for the course

If deposit is paid before 31 December 2023: MY$10,700

If deposit is paid after 31 December 2023: MY$12,700

Deposit Amount: MY$2500

Course fees will cover:

  • All Training Dates

  • All course materials (all manuals and video resources)

  • A mentor assigned during the course of the program

  • Test out fee to be certified as a Pilates Reformer Instructor. The test out fee covers your open book Theory Test, Performance Evaluation which will be scheduled around 5-6 months after the course dates. Teaching evaluation which is a video submission. Terms and Conditions:

FEES

  • 80% of the course fee will be refunded, if cancellation is done more than [60] days before the Course Commencement Date

  • 50% of the course fee will be refunded, if cancellation is done before, but not more than [30] days before the Course Commencement Date.

  • 0 % will be refunded if cancellation is done less than [30] days, or fails to attend at the Course Commencement Date or or discontinues mid-way through the course.

  • BodyTree Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course if it did not meet the minimum pax required for the course to commence. In event the course is cancelled a full refund will be provided.

ATTENDANCE

Every participant is required to have full attendance to receive Letter of Completion from BodyTree Academy (in addition to the test and program requirements). Every absent hour is required to be made up through additional private sessions with an Instructor Trainer. First five absent hours to be made-up through 2:1 ratio, when exceeded five hours, it will be through 1:1 ratio. E.g., 3hrs absence to be made up with 1.5hrs private made-up hours, 6hrs absence to be made up with 6hrs private made-up hours. Maximum to miss is 1 day.

EVALUATION

Theory (Online quiz, taken on the last day of the training or within 6 weeks of completion of classroom hours)

Teaching (submission of a teaching video, 1-1)

Performance (to be scheduled by BodyTree Academy 6-12 months after classroom hours have been completed.)
